WG 0001 - hard roller crimper Low-poly Modelo 3D

wg 0001.002 - hard roller crimper of plant residues shredder water-filled, single-row with a drum diameter of 470 mm and a working width of 6.0m. designed for shredding plant residues of sunflower, corn, rapeseed and other crops. it crushes the stubble into a fraction 5-12 cm long, which has a beneficial effect on the structure of the soil, fills it with organic matter, partially loosens and removes weeds.

this is full solidworks model of roller. all sizes and parts are executable and buildable
the 3d model was created on a real base. it’s created accurately, in real units of measurement, qualitatively and maximally close to the original.
developed as design documentation for launch into production of this machine. according to the drawings and models, you can implement both single and serial production!
